Which ship is yours?

TOS era:

The Constiution Class. The most beautiful science fiction space craft ever designed. A perfect balance of exploratory and defensive capability for the 23rd century.

TNG era:

The Galaxy Class. The 24th century equivalent of the Constitution, this is the ship the exemplifies exploration when compared with other 24th century designs and with burst fire torpedo launchers and massive phaser arrays this is a ship that can take care of its crew.

Nebula class set post-dominion war. :)

One of the new Vesta class ships might be nice also. ^_^

If none of those two were avaliable I would "settle" for a sovereign. :D

I would go with a nova class because....

A. It is a science vessel
B. It has a small crew

If I could change a few things...

A. Add more decks... From 7 to 9

B. Give it a bigger warp capability to like warp 9.0

C. Give it better defenses

D. Give it a phaser cannon, transphasic torpedos, upgrade phasers, give it pulse phasers in the aft of the ship ( I don't think that the nova class had rear phasers..)

E. Give it a slip stream drive

This is basically the USS Escanaba

The Akira-Class. Always loved the design, since I first saw it in First Contact. They're finally coming out with a model kit of this baby!

How can you fit all that on a small space frame?

^ I do apologise for that Miraclefan, I know it's not fun to have your spelling mocked(and mine is pretty bad myself, thank god for spellchecker:bolian:). That was very low of me. Again very sorry.
No prob! :techman:
And you're right Klingon ships do look cool! And Hellsgate, that Legacy class ship of yours has to be one of the finest Starfleet designs since the Vector Class ( The one that splits in four).
Agreed on the LEGACY class, it's just jaw dropingly BEAUTIFUL!

I thoght the Rhode Island variant had all that?( YES I know it did'nt have all that at the beginning of ENDGAME, but with all that FUTURE tech VOYAGER brought back why knot?) but that is why whenever I say I would command a NOVA class vessal I mean the upgraded or refited Rhode Island type.

Intrepid class. It's quick, small but has everything needed, and of course that EMH Mark I :guffaw:

Cmdr Sho:

You're looking for a well armed Nova-Class? Well, how about a slightly downgraded Prommie?
I thought of you when I saw this at The Omega Sector BBS ("Jimi's Ship O Rama" thread.) Its a Prometheus-Class variant.

Or the Amun-Class might be to your liking, again another downgraded Prometheus-Class concept.

The rest of you might enjoy these new (Federation, Romulan and Cardassian,) designs at this thread.

Nice Omega Sector thread! And oh, MAN...that one Cardassian design? Someone said it must be the size of a Galaxy-class! Oooooh, the whoop-ass potential on that thing...! :D

Hmm for me it would be the grand old Lady herself.

NCC-1701

No bloody A,B,C,D or E.

Nothing wrong with the others, just have always loved the Constiution Class look and feel :)

Weren't there eight decks?

no.. if you look at a technical manual, it says that it has 7 decks....

i like that idea, but i like my idea too... it is like building something for experimental stuff.... though i just might make the USS Gladestone that type of vessel..
How can you fit all that on a small space frame?

hence the extra decks...

on another note, how many decks was the prommie class and what is the deck size on its variant? i am looking at a ship under 10 decks...

Try out the Huet class from the Dominion war game. That thing is huge, star destroyer huge!:bolian:

A picture and some details here http://www.geocities.com/shipyardsuk/cardasian

That's pretty big, all right!!

BTW, if I HAD to choose a Federation ship...I'll take the Sovereign class. Big AND mean!

HOLY CRAP IN A HAT!!

I second that. That was all kinds of awesomness!

Liking the ship too. Although it seemed to much like a one man army since it single handedly took out a romulan ship when a fleet could't. But i'm nitpicking, overall it was a nice video.

Kudos to the team.
