Skins series 3

Bob The Skutter

Complete Arse Cleft
In Memoriam
I seem to remember there was at least a couple of other people around here who like Skins, so here's a heads up, Series 3 starts on the 22nd at 10pm on E4.

Here's a trailer introducing the new cast.

I love Skins! But I have to wait until it airs on BBCA, which if they follow their normal pattern, won't be until Series 4 is completed.

That soon? Excellent! Something to look forward to at last. I've only just finished re-viewing series 2 and I cannot wait to see what they've got in store for Effy and co.

That clip is pretty f-in' cool. Like the TV on the Radio song. I fell in love with Effy in her S2 episode. The twins will be interesting. I may have to watch this through...other means.

Yeah, after seeing that clip it reminded me I have yet to buy series 2, so I went to amazon and ordered it straight away.

Excellent choice of song on that trailer as well. Only problem with using all this music is that the DVDs can't have all of it - s2 is missing both Depeche Mode in 'Tony' and Girls Aloud in 'Everyone'.

must admit, never bothered to watch this show, perhaps bc it was only on E4 and at the time I couldn't get E4, but now that i saw few episodes of season 2, I am sure not to watch season 3 :D

Have to say as a US fan, I'm jealous that I will not have the chance to see Series 3 for some time (if ever).

But I've seen the trailer and I have to admit that I'm worried that it won't live up to the previous. But I will be there is BBCAmerica airs it.

I really like the fact they're taking a risk and going for the new cast, sticking with the idea of college age kids, and not just playing it safe and staying with who we know.

I've said it on this board before, I think it is the most realistic (for me anyway) show about those years.

I think it may be a little over blown for the sake of the drama, but pretty much broad strokes accurate (If not for me, for plenty of people I've known.)

It's reasonably close to my years 15-18 or so if you tone it back just a bit.

I was getting considerably less sex of course.
