Well, after they approved us we were told we would be getting her at this pug "meet and greet" this morning. There were pugs everywhere. Like, 30 or so, all running around, sniffing each other, fighting, playing with toys, y'know, pug stuff. It was a sight to behold. It was held at a dog school that my mother-in-law's friend runs. Some pics : (The Jack Russell in the last pic is the dog school lady's. Her name is Tussle, and she was hilarious.
Well, we're talking about puppy mills here. The people who run them see the dogs as nothing more than a product to be exploited.
She's about five. She was used to breed. And yeah, they have breathing problems. You just have to make sure you don't overexert them or let them get too hot.
And kudos to you for saving her.
