I'm not so sure I agree with the premise that the episodes should be proportionally divided between the series.

Certainly, I think all the series should be fairly represented in an unbiased a way as possible. But I disagree with the premise that ENT, for example, has a larger number of essential episodes than does TOS, simply because ENT has an additional season.

Are there essential ENT episodes? Yes, of course there are! But I simply cannot buy into the premise that it has more essential episodes than does TOS.

Just can't do it.
