Logging in on Christmas Day

10:00 AM Mountain Time Zone.

Let's see, it's snowing, TNG is on TV and nothing else particularly special going on.

#40-something here, reporting in today, now that all the important stuff like dinner with family, opening of gifts, reminiscing on the last 12 months and stuff is underway. :bolian:
Let's not forget all the Jews, Muslims, Buddhists, Hindus, athiests, etc. For them, it's just Thursday.

christmas has no religious significance to me. I don't have a religion.

So I'm not celebrating anything. This is a day of present swapping, spending time with the family, having nice food and confectionaries, seeing lots of films and reruns on the tele, and reminiscing about the past. :)
I'm not a Christian either, it must be said. Our family treat this day as the one time we're able to meet up together, especially as myself and my 3 siblings are away from our parents for the rest of the year. That has more personal significance to me than a specifically religious holiday with Wallace and Gromit on the TV (those two really crack me up :guffaw:).

That said, merry Christmas to everyone. :)
^If I were them, I would have an Anti-Christmas Party and get really drunk.
An Anti-Christmas party? To celebrate the birth of the Anti Christ? [Don't even go there, Ravescene - someone]

Merry Christmas everyone!! It was a wonderful Christmas morning opening presents. Even though I didn't get very much, I got what I wanted and that's all that matters! It's about 11:36 Central Standard Time here right now and we're getting ready to eat a big Christmas feast around our TV sets. I know that sounds lame but when we don't have family coming in, that's what we do. Then I'll probably clean up my room and watch some movies. I will also try to see if I can fix my damned printer. Dad seems to think there is a glitch in it..and he wasn't angry about it. We might have to get another one..I surely hope not though!

Did you try those things I suggested? :)

Merry Christmas everybody!

8pm here, and just gearing up to watch the tradtional festive misery on EastEnders.

Ate like a pig, drank like a fish, slept like a log, now ready to face the evening. :)

Evening, folks. Hope you've all had/are having a good Christmas. It's nearly 9pm here and I'm stuffed with too much turkey, chocolate and booze. Oh, yes, all is well with the world... Except we now have to inflate guest beds and find guest towels and toiletries. A little more forward planning wouldn't have gone amiss!

1pm Pacific. All family refused to come, due to more snow overnight. Grinches.

More turkey for me!

While taking the dog for a brief afternoon stroll around the yard, I came across a deer alter lying by one of the spots where I put the deer feed daily. It wasn't pronged suggesting it was a very young buck from a mundane genetic pool.
