Resident Evil
WWE
assorted movie novelizations and other tie-ins to those properties (I'm sure this is a large category, incorporating all manner of one-off tie-in projects)

Not sure on the current status of Marvel, but I think it's done.

I'm sure there are others, but these are the ones I can recall off the top of my head.

The Buffy and Angel licenses I know have run out, and I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for Dollhouse novels...

Jeffrey Lang's "Fantastic Four: Doomgate" is the current (Dec 08) title, and there was a November Spidey title but, yeah, they aren't commissioning more. Are there any still in the pipeline?

I'm a big fan of both CSI: Vegas and New York, but how well does the format translate to the printed page as I've not read any of them yet.
