The Vaadwaur storyline was just begging for a followup. Especially since Voyager could never totally escape them, since they had control of the fast transport conduit.

I prefer the Hunters, who steal your organs.
Oh, and the Caretaker's mate, who used her powers and knowledge to teach Kes' people darker, more evil things. She wasn't exactly EVIL, but still did evil things to Janeway's crew.

I personally liked the Vaadwaur as a species and I guess Maj Cullah and Seska as the individual enemies.
It is interesting that all of these diverse enemies all wanted something from Voyager. For instance, the Kazons wanted Voyager's technology to use it for their own benefits, the Viidians wanted to harvest the crews' vital organs I guess for a transplant or something. So there was always a certain pattern with Voyager's enemies.

He wasn't too smiley as a Vaadwaur.

He was in an early episode of Law & Order: Criminal Intent. He played a VERY nasty plastic surgeon who is suspected of killing his wife. And he got the shit PWNED out of him on the stand in court...
^ ^ I haven't actually seen Prison Break, but Knepper's character, "Theodore 'T-Bag' Bagwell" has a very long page at wiki. Our "Gaul" is an infamous bad guy!
But saying that, we seen some sort of humanity in the hirogen leader who got killed as he was using the holonovels to gain knowledge about species in the end. Maybe that Nazi was was B'Elanna's (Brigitte's) lover was more hirogen than the hirogen leader!!
