I ALWAYS have really cold hips... more pronounced on my right side. Does anyone have an idea of what causes this? I thought that it may be a circulation problem since about a year ago I stopped working out and went up from 160lb - 190lb (I'm a 5'10" male) from a very active lifestyle to a completely sedentary one. I'm back into my exercise mode now, but my hips are still always cold even though I get daily activity.
Any ideas/thoughts???????????? This gets very uncomfortable. At times when we go to sleep and my fiance puts her hand on my hip it feels numb. I'm slightly worried

As for my belt, I try not to wear it too tight. Is there any particular sensation in my back that I should note for that is symptomatic of sciatica?
 Let's git 'er done!
Think of truck full of sodas being ferried around on a hot summer day.
