CRAP! Are you serious? 'Pushing Daisies' is a genius series. It was doing so well last year, and I rarely see it advertised. Why did not repeat the first season right before the second season? That probably could have helped the ratings

I am a fan of Firefly, but I discovered it a couple of years after its demise, so I don't know if that fits the spirit of the question. I'll just say Enterprise and Now and Again.

Boomtown (the second season, while criticized, is something I wish could've seen all the episodes for, since after it got canceled they burned off the remaining episodes on the weekend during the Christmas season and didn't tell anyone)

When I think of cancelled I equate it to shows that had little to no warning and thus ended without any wrap up. So something like Angel to me doesn't count. Nor sadly does Star Trek: Enterprise, which I think would've had a stellar season 5. Too bad S4 was't S2.
