But it IS true... I fell asleep my 2nd & 3rd time watching it at the theater. At home I often fast forward at that point.

For complexity of character, the sheer number of contradictions in their personalities--I'd go for Dukat and Garak.

For backstory and longevity of history, though, I'd have to go with Spock.
