It could have been a bus filled with random, everyday people...but the studio/screenwriters had to "stick it to the Asians" by injecting that racial-jab into a scene in a rather mediocre movie.
Asians aren't random, everyday people? How the fuck is it that you live in Southern California yet think seeing a tour bus with Asians on it is some kind of bizarre event that occurs with the frequency of Halley's Comet? Have you not been to Disneyland? Have you never seen a bus or train station with tourists headed for Vegas? Have you never been to LAX?
How does this "stick it to Asians" and how is it a racial jab? Don't just keep repeating it, answer the question for a change. Where's the damage to Asian people? What's demeaning to say that Asian people are often tourists? There are a couple billion of them for Christ's sake, some are bound to take a trip now and then, don't you think?
Plus, to use your own actual bigoted example from the OP, if it was a bus full of "kikes," no one would give a shit and it would be a non-issue. Turns out Jewish people, like many others, like taking trips and tours.
If it was anything like every Star Trek episode featuring Germans has them as Nazis, or every movie featuring Muslims has them as terrorists, or every movie featuring Italians has them as mobsters, then I could kind of see your point. These are negative depictions that get constant reinforcement. How is being a tourist a negative depiction in and of itself? If anything it's a positive depiction that shows a willingness to explore and learn about other cultures. Now, if they did a stereotypical depiction of those tourists that would be one thing, but they didn't, despite you lying about it in your OP.
You've started God knows how many threads like this one and I can't recall a single one that actually featured a genuine case of blatant racism or even clear stereotyping against Asians, even though you could find legitimate examples if you tried. It's always been your own ridiculous over-sensitivity projecting the things you've wanted to see onto major mainstream films.
You're trying too hard to look for racism against Asians everywhere, which leads you to demonize others for no good reason and make bigoted statements yourself. Where does the hate for Clooney, Spielberg, or "kikes" come from except for the fact that they're not Asians?
Your whole identity hinges on being Asian to the point where you have nothing going for yourself as an individual. Have you ever made a topic where your excuse for your or other's behavior didn't fall back on the fact that you/they are Asian, as if that means you or the people you know have to adhere to some monolithic set of rules of Asianess? Have you ever expressed interest in stalking a woman who wasn't Asian? Do you associate with people outside your own community? Do you approach any subject without first considering it specifically from an Asian perspective instead of just from your own perspective? Because if you have it sure hasn't been reflected in any of your posts.
You've made stereotypical and bigoted remarks against Asians in your other topics that far exceed anything in any films you've brought up. Knock it off and deal with your own problems.
