The Night Crew

Some posters aren't looking for anything logical, like an exchange of ideas or friendly debate. They can't be bought, bullied, reasoned or negotiated with. Some posters just want to watch the forum burn.

I also finished watching Babylon 5 earlier tonight, so I don't even know what to put on the TV.

Watch the West Wing. It's only the best tv show ever written.

And here I am, done with my job and still awake at 4:49 am

I have decided to play around more with my PS3. I went through and cleaned out and organized my whole My Documents on my computer, so hopefully I will be able to upload my pics onto my PS3 in a less haphazard way.

Yeah, NuBSG wish it was written by Sorkin. Oh wait, but then we'd have to throw out all that overwrought cynical nihilism. Oops. :D

So RoJoHen, after watching all of B5, what is your opinion?
Well, it's actually my second time through, and I liked it just as much. I honestly still feel like I need to watch it one more time to get a feel for the entire story. So much happens between the beginning of Season 1 and the end of Season 5 that it's hard to keep it all straight.

Some parts had less emotional impact this time around. Other parts had more. But what I loved the most about it the second time was the amount of foreshadowing sprinkled throughout every season. Little one-liners that mean nothing the first time around have so much more impact on the whole story.

I really do feel like Seasons 2-4 are the best. Season 5 is okay, but the whole telepath thing is annoying. I'm glad Byron ended up killing himself.

Now, though, I just find myself wanting MORE. The show ended, and the main story was wrapped up beautifully, but there were so many threads that could have continued to be explored. What did G'Kar and Lyta do on their adventures? What has Ivanova been up to all this time? Where did Lennier go?

Only if you shape it like a sombrero. OH! Now there's a joke that hasn't been run into the ground!
