*shrug*

Guess so. I wouldn't buy them. I stick with the softer thin plastic ones myself. Not only are they dirt cheap, they also bend a little while being worn lending the collar some stiffness while not being totally rigid like the thick plastic or metal ones, thus permitting a slight & elegant roll.

It seemed like I would always try to get one more wear out of the plastic ones and one would end up creasing, usually early in the day, and really goofing the collar up.

I splurged. But the economist in me figures that if I compare the price of a set of brass stays over their lifespan vs. as many plastic ones that I'll need, I probably come out ahead, in the long run.

A great score off of Ebay:

Star Trek Paydirt!

I just ordered a new gaming computer with the Nvidia 9800GT 1mb vid card I've been wanting. Sorta lied to the wife about why we needed such an expensive computer, but hey, she doesn't need to know everything.

Are you amoritizing collar stay purchases now? There's a word for that, you know.

Awesome.

Getting ready to go back to school, so I bought myself two new cute pairs of shoes, some dress pants and a new blouse.

*sigh* no more grubbing around the house soon

I bought some black suit pants and two shells to wear under my suit jacket.

I figure since I have 2 job interviews coming up, I should look snazzy. :D

No, never really considered a PS3. I was always in the market for just a basic player.

Boy though, basic or not, what a difference it makes.

^ It sure does. I got my PS3 (and my first Blu-ray movie) almost a year ago and I loved it right away. I pretty much stopped buying regular DVDs.
