Wow, Bolt was amazing! Again!
However, Wallace Spearmon has been disqualified for stepping on the line (and stupid NBC is asking him "What's your emotion?! What are you going to do?!" and he's still in a daze having just found out). Chruandy Martina may also be disqualified for the same reason.
Yeah you're right, it wasn't exactly burqa. It was more or less skin-tight and the face wasn't covered; but still it looked very odd next to all those women who compete almost naked in the track&field events.![]()
I've always found a visual comical element to that game but dropping the dildo while running is never funnyHehe, watching the Americans fuck up both 100m relays was funny.
The U.S. has failed to advance out of the first round of both the men's and women's 400-meter relays at the Olympics, dropping the baton in each race.
First, men's anchor Tyson Gay, part of the American team that won the relay at last year's world championships, did not get the baton from third-leg runner Darvis Patton on Thursday night.
Then, about 25 minutes later, women's anchor Lauryn Williams flubbed her exchange with Torri Edwards — the metal stick dropping to the ground.
Unlike the men, who stopped racing, Williams scrambled back on the wet track to pick up the baton and finish the lap around the track. The United States, of course, was eighth and last in the heat.
Is it just me or are the Cubans having a quite Olympics ? This is the first Cuban winner I've seen.Dayron Robles of Cuba wins the gold medal in the 110-meter hurdles
I guess you missed Misty May-Treanor and Kerri Walsh winning the gold in women's beach volleyball. Not the USA's day today, you can't even win gold in sports that are played exclusively in the USA (softball).![]()

I can't help but think that had that happened four years ago in Athens, softball wouldn't be getting booted out in 2012. Hopefully, they'll bring it back in 2016.Late to the party, but the US softball team's loss to Japan throws the Olympic's justification for ditching the sport out the window: other teams can in fact win the gold.
