I was hoping Elle would be upgraded to regular status. Oh well. Glad to see Angela's been kicked up a notch.

Molly was like 10 in season 1. Doubt they would suddenly put her in sexy clothes.
The speedster girl is blond btw so it isn't her.
Angelas scheming has frequently been the best thing in Heroes. Still don't know what her power exactly is.
I'm going to assume that rumours of Nathans death have been greatly exaggerated!
Could the brown girl be Peters girlfriend (Catlin?) that he left in the future?* If not is she going to stay stuck there forever? Could she been Elle, just with dyed hair?

I'm pretty sure Maya (aka Spanish girl) is coming back. Saw some promo photos, hot!
Hopefully they tossed her into the same time warp that Caitlin vanished into. I live in fear that she'll show up in S3, pregnant with Sylar's child! Blech blech and more blech!
Hmm, just noticed that the Mystery Brunette is wearing a skirt reminiscent of Candice. Who of course could be played by anyone. And I still cannot believe she'd be killed by Sylar in such a stupid way. If she was just faking or casting an illusion, fine by me.

Yeah that's Niki. Both she and Nathan had "fake deaths" in the finest Heroes tradition. 
The new character has always been blond in all the promos and commercials. Also she has short hair not long hair.

If Nikis back, I'm going to assume so is Micah, and sadly that gives Monica a good chance too.
I'm thinking the Mystery Brunette is Molly. The actress who plays her is almost 12 years old now and that girl does not look any older than barely adolescent. She might have been 10 at the beginning of the show, but they can bump the timeline forward to keep pace with the kids growing up.
That would be my guess.
