Yeah..that is a weak part of the movie. I like TUC, the actors are just fine and all. But I think that script was rushed and it just has a 'lets get it in before christmas' feeling all over it....

^They could have easily fixed that. All they needed to do was inject him with some sort of delayed action transmitter that the Klingons wouldn't detect because it wouldn't become active until after his trial.

• The auto-destruct being off line after the enterprise rams the scimitar in nemesis. Can’t someone just fire a phaser into the warp core at close range?
• Transporters being off line in nemesis cant they use the shuttlecraft transporters.
• Picard in generations he can leave the nexus and go to any point in time so what does he do he travels to a point 5 minutes before the energy ribbon reaches the planet. Why doesn’t he travel back to an earlier point in time to increase his chance of success.
• The deck numbering in the final frontier lift shaft scene
• In nemesis when the reman board the enterprise picard ignores the reman extreme sensitivity to light a smart captain would have used this weakness to his advantage order lighting on these decks to be increased to maximum levels .
• The idea that Deanna can accurately locate a ship in 3 dimensional space which is travelling at impulse speed using her telepathic link to the reman 2nd in command.
• Picard turning into rambo in nemesis and being capable of fighting his way to the bridge against reman which are supposed to be the shock troops of the romulan empire.
• When the enterprises shields have failed and shinzon beams over the reman to capture picard. Why doesn’t he simply lock on to picard and beam him directly onboard the scimitar or alternatively beam everyone off the enterprise into space apart from picard. Then beam over the reman boarding parties to capture the ship without resistance.

That silly emergency transport pin that Data slaps on Picard in Nemesis.

The two Romulan home worlds in Nemesis being Romulus and Remus (the founders of Earth's Rome).

The Scimitar in Nemesis allowing itself to be rammed by the Enterprise without going to warp or just backing up.

The existence of B4 in Nemesis.

Shinzon having temporal DNA in Nemesis.

I loved the character. Frankly, his character was no worse written than any other. Not to mention he was the cutest character on Star Trek ever...

You do understand those guys the Preservers who apparently made copies of Earth (and other planets) and transplanted people there?

I find The Omega Glory indeed very interesting. After all, the Yangs and the Coms were fighting there for a 1000 years or more. Since it's only the 23rd century, and a 1000 years ago there was no America yet, that would indicate that "our" Earth is but a copy!

Of course, it doesn't mean Omega-Earth is the original, there could be other planets earlier up the chain.

But it would seem "our" Earth isn't the original Earth. "We're" just a recreation.
