I liked that, too. Also the extra-googly right after impact.I love the saucer's eyes at the end!![]()

Actually, what I'd meant is that the object seen behind and to our left of the Sombreroprise (sombrero #1) in the first image appears to be the Sombrero Galaxy (#2), but these work, too.
It is indeed the Sombrero Galaxy. I thought it was only appropriate.![]()
You've made Sam even more awesome.Well, my avatar finally jumped on the bandwagon. Seems Sam Carter doesn't like Baal's choice of headgear.
The poor thing wound up looking like some poor kid that got in over his head. Those eyes are so helpless. You know...I get more misty-eyed seeing a Sombreroprise bite the dust then I did when the Ent-D was destroyed. Never much cared for that design. But the poor little X'ed out googly eyes! So sad!

Can you someone Star Trek: Sombrero Contact scene where Picard says, "The Sombrero must be drawn here!" and shoots Lily with his laser.
Now that's just classic!![]()
"Let me tell you something, funny boy... You know that oversized hat? The one that says "South of the Border"? Well, that may not mean anything to you, but that means a lot to me. One whole helluva lot. Sure, go ahead, laugh if you want to. I've seen your type before -- flashy, making the scene, flaunting convention. Yeah, I know what you're thinking... Why's this guy making such a big stink about an old Mexican novelty headdress? Let me give you a hint, junior. Maybe we can live without sombreros, people like you and me.... Maybe. Sure, we're too old to change the world. What about that kid, sitting down, opening the Blue Warp Nacelles thread and finding pictures of bowlers and fedoras in there. Doesn't he deserve better? Look, if you think this is about canon and continuity, you'd better think again. This is about that kid's right to Photoshop DVD screencaps from TrekCore without getting his mind warped. Or maybe that turns you on, Seinfeld... Maybe that's how you get your kicks... You and your goodtime buddies... I've got a flash for you, joy boy. Partytime is over."
This is a big image, open spoiler to see it
