Here's a picture of Robbie as Nick Locarno in 1992 (STNG: First Duty, thanks to Memory Alpha); and I'm assuming back then he had his real hair, since he was a nubile, young thing. Even then, he looks like he could be wearing a hairpiece, because he's got a bit of a cowlick.
