Roar!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My vote goes to the space-dwelling life forms that tried to fuck the ship (literally) in Voyager. :guffaw:No, they're not the most powerful, but I still have to vote for them.

"it appears we have lost our sex appeal, captain":lol:

Sentient = humans; the God-pretender from ST5:TFF; the Salt Vampire
Non-sentient = sehlat (but how dangerous could it be if every Vulcan mom lets her kid have one for a teddy bear?); mugato/mogatu (tomato/to-mah-to)... yeah maybe that :vulcan:

This anti-human stuff is a bit WAY to much. As bad as humans, and I think you mean earth humans have been, I have to think the Klingons/Jem-Hedar/Borg have done FAR worse than earth humans. I mean, millions, if not billions, have been absorbed by the Borg or enslaved by the Jem-Hedar. And we are far worse than them..please...isn't that arrogrant presumption???

Rob

Well we've done some horrible things in our past.

Technically, the Jem-Hedar are slaves too. Actually, the Borg could almost be called slaves as well since they are directed and ordered by the Queen.

The things we did are in, as you said, primarily the past. The vulcans did them too, in their past. Why do you think Vulcan is a desert waste land? It has been suggested they had their nuclear wars. Well, we had ours, apparently, but Earth still looks pretty good in the 24th century. And heck knows what the Klingons or Romulans or Cardassians did in their pasts. But on a galactic level? I think we have done FAR more good than bad.

It is kind of like America. Everybody in the world hates our country. They hate our way of life. And yet, I don't see too many people in the world fleeing to France, or Russia, or North Korea or any of the middle east countries. No. For all our problems, and yes we have many, people are still trying to come to our shores. I think the same can be said of the Star Trek future. I mean, really, would you rather have been a planet living under the Klingon flag in the 23rd century, or ours?

Rob

Well to be honest, Klingon culture really intrigues me so I can that I might not mind living under the Klingon flag. A lot of Trek characters are like this as well. Well, maybe not a lot, but a few.

Now I do agree that we have done more good than bad, but as I posted in your other thread about this little tangent; I think it was mostly in jest.

So back on to the original topic: Most dangerous animal.

Shit, I've been reading this thread since you posted it and I still can't think of one that hasn't already been mentioned. I'll get back to you on that.

Yeah, I like the Klingons too. But if I had to chose, in the 23rd century, where I would have wanted to live, it would have been in the Federation. I find the Klingons to be a sexist society that seem, to me, to shun those who may not be physically 100%. But I guess it helps cut down on their health care premiums.

Rob

You know I wouldn't mind living on a couple species worlds for a while. Romulans, Deltans , Bolians. You know, just move around every decade or so. That would be kinda fun.

Most dangerous animal ever alluded to in any TREK series or movie...

Humans
Mad scientist: "I have combined the DNA of the world's most evil creatures to create the most evil creature of them all!"
His creation: "Turns out it's man."

Well, I find no fact to back that up. It is Politically Correct to say so, and so that is where I think this is coming from. But if you accept the premise of this question, that the Future of Trek happened, then stating humans are the most barbaric/evil race is simply not supported in anyway. the Borg have assimilated far more, and the Jem-Hedar/Breen have killed far more (800 million in two days).

Maybe the people who think humans are more vile are so ethnocentric they don't consider Cardassians equals. Or, they can't seperate reality from what this question is asking.
