They are auctioning off all sorts of things. Unless they are planning on rebuilding and redressing the sets to make them look more like TOS it looks like the Year One dream is totally dead. Thankfully TOS will now be protected.

Star Trek 2009 was an alternate timeline.
Whatever was going on in Disco season 1 seems to have been wearing off over time, with the Klingons returning to normal.

I knew it was never likely to happen to but it's sad that this is very much a nail in the coffin for the Year One hypothetical. The Prime Universe will just have to live on in my headcanon and the glacial pace of story content in STO.
