SNW prop auction

Even if you don't plan on buying anything, the auction pages are great if you want close up images of props and such.

Looks like something right out of TOS

And yet... they’re still not auctioning off anything significant. Most of what they’re getting rid of is just knick-knacks from the set decoration department. I might actually place a few bids myself on some items.

I know it sounds stupid, but I really want one of those coffee mugs. Unfortunately, you need to pick up whatever you win and that wouldn't be an option for me. Interesting taht you have items being labeled, I.E. Kirks quarters or
Khans Quarters

Those bookends are from Kid Khan’s room on Earth in season 2. One of the images shows the item tag that says EP203

Not a spoiler, just a weird label for the item page.

I’d argue the transporter console is significant

It's not stupid. It's why the board exists. :)

This is a place to argue the merits of Spandex Jammies vs. Monster Maroons (And whether or not the Enterprise should have cup holders ;) ).

They are auctioning off all sorts of things.
90% of which is just random bits of set decoration.
Unless they are planning on rebuilding and redressing
In the admittedly highly unlikely event they did make a continuation series, they would obviously change things to a certain point.
looks like the Year One dream is totally dead.
It probably always was, but this auction is certainly not proof.
Thankfully TOS will now be protected.
It was never in any danger.

I knew it was never likely to happen to but it's sad that this is very much a nail in the coffin for the Year One hypothetical. The Prime Universe will just have to live on in my headcanon and the glacial pace of story content in STO.
