I don't know how much stock I put in this. They guy talking helped create the show. Of course he isn't going to slam the show and even talk about maybe doing more with the character. My guess is they want to bring the character back and even the actor but they might not want to do the same format. Probably something more action oriented. But they keep the Deadpool stuff of breaking the fourth wall.

I think this is why they haven't already brought her back. They also don't want to make the mistakes of putting her in a bad project like they did with Ms Marvel when they put her in "The Marvels." I don't think it's a situation like with "Wonder Man" were they not only want to bring the characters back but also the format thus it got a second season approved pretty quickly.

Tatiana Maslany was the best part of the show and she has expressed interest in returning.

We riot at dawn. Tatiana Maslany or bust.

ETA-- Marvel's even bringing back Finn Jones (and good on them for that) so why wouldn't they bring back Tatiana Maslany?

Because in recent years, She has focused much more on activism than acting, especially on the topic of Palestine. Also, during the strikes, Bob Iger criticized She harsh language. Especially on the grounds that Israel transferred money, Disney made a boycott call on social media. There are also claims on social media that when She was asked to return to the role in Doomsday, She said no.
@oktay covers the answer. She has expressed no interest in returning and in most recent interviews seems to reiterate that. Fair play to her. Although Mark Ruffalo is equally if not more vocal about what's going on in Palestine. I wonder how long his relationship with Disney will last and if Secret Wars or Doomsday is the last we see of him.

Hulk is more popular than She-Hulk. Mark Ruffalo has more latitude in expressing political opinions that won't be popular within reason. At least with Disney because he is Hulk.

There's a huge gap between not slamming his own show and explicitly claiming the show was one of their biggest hits ratings wise. If he wanted to he could easily have said some non-comittal pr speak about much fun they had and what great things they're moving forward with now and just never actually say anything about She-Hulk's success. For him to get this specific when nothing required that to happen either means he's telling the truth or he's pushing some kind of studio politics agenda by trying to manipulate public sentiment. And since he's largely the one in charge and anyone important in the studio can easily check the actual ratings for themselves, option two would be pretty stupid. There's really no logical reason to disbelieve him here.

As for why they haven't brought her back, it was pretty obvious the show was vastly more expensive than everything else and there hasn't really been a different project the character would actually be a good fit for yet.

Well that sort of factors into the issue of them I think wanting to bring the character and actor back. But not necessarily wanting to bring the show back or at least the show in the same style as it was. I don't think we will get more Ally McBeal even if we still get more She-Hulk. As for costs I would think that some improvements in tech might make that less of a issue.

You know I wouldn't be shocked if we saw her get a special in the same vein as The Punisher.

He is Hulk for now. The rumor is that Secret Wars is going to reset the Marvel universe. So we will have a new Iron Man and possibly a new Hulk.

If true, it won't be a full reboot. But they want to bring back characters that were big draws before, Iron Man, Captain America etc.
