After a brief moment of thinking about it, I've gone for First Contact. I certainly love TUC, and TWOK, and I'll go as far as to say I really love Generations too, but I tend to view Generations as feeling like a finale to TNG, whilst First Contact was such a rush. Here's Picard, facing the Borg again, nearly losing himself to his rage, against a backdrop of the most pivotal moment in Star Trek's history. It was amazing.
I have to give an honourable mention to Star Trek 09, the opening scene was as glorious as anything Star Trek has done, but First Contact takes it.

), so I'll go with my second favourite: the mind meld with Sarek (I'm not not that bothered about Shatner's Kirk usually, but I do really like his portrayal in III and IV).
