I'm quietly intrigued by Doomsday, which might just be the most ambitious project Marvel have undertaken with their cinematic universe. It seems like it's taken them a while to gain momentum with the multiverse, but if they pull this off, and do the same with Secret Wars (rumoured to act as a soft reboot of the MCU), then concentrate on quality over quantity, we should be able to enjoy the next few years.
