Worst Trek? I now give that to Nemesis.
That was the point where I completely gave up on the S31 movie. Garrett was the one character I was tolerating until then, and that stupid line killed that for me."Chaos is my friends with benefits."
Rachel Garrett, SECTION 31
So we are expected to see the future Enterprise-C captain have THAT kind of dialogue? Much more cringey than Rom.
I don't watch Scouts so I don't find the need to add it to my Trek list. You think Nemesis is worse than Scouts? C'mon now... I can't take a statement like that seriously. I'm not a big Nemesis (or Insurrection) fan by any measure, but at least they tried!
Or is this another one of your "jokes"?
I guess that makes the manner of her passing grotesquely appropriate, then…"Chaos is my friends with benefits."
Rachel Garrett, SECTION 31
Argh…Guess you could say her "friend" ghosted her.

Not sure why any fan is bothering with Scouts. I watched two episodes; it's cute and predictable and not something to take seriously. You're probably going to be correct about Scouts.![]()

I just love the irony that while we're discussing bad Mirror Universe episodes, that no one has brought up the franchises most recent perennial punching bag, Section 31.Frankly, even that was better than The Emperor's New Cloak. In truth, S31 actually works much better as a Mirror Universe episode than it does as a Starfleet covert ops episode.
It needs its own sub-forum, though to be properly embraced by TBBS.On this board we take Scouts very seriously, so seriously that we have a dedicated thread to discuss it—in the 602 Club forum!![]()
Honestly, I gave up on that lot way back one Enterprise was still on the air.Eh, let me know if/when there's a patently joyless EAS analysis of Scouts.
Guess you could say her "friend" ghosted her.
