Some times the Uniform Making Division don't always have the best ideas and there aren't enough people to tell them "NOPE!".
The real question is why haven’t random weeks been fashion weeks where they’re trying new uniforms and giving their comments? They can’t all work. Which proved too ostentatious, cumbersome, impractical? That retro-Betazidst with the little birds in large wigs must have made the uniforms open to comment that week, no doubt.
