Things that frustrate us all

. . . Also, why the fuck is the school psychologist coming ONE day every two weeks? It feels like you either hate your job OR the school doesn't care about the wellbeing of their students.
My daughter-in-law is a newly hired school psychologist (elementary level), and she was hired by the district and has to split her time between two very different schools. One is very supportive and helpful, the other fights every request she or her students make.
They have school psychologists nowadays?

Every now and then I get this from Google and have to captcha but I don't know why:

"Our systems have detected unusual traffic from your computer network. This page checks to see if it's really you sending the requests, and not a robot."

I'm not doing any more searches than normal. Is it because of all the other houses on my fiber line?

That's one of the nice things about mine. Because no one else wants to do it, I have job security. Given the number of jobs I've lost due to my crap people skills, that's still too new to be taken for granted.

I woke up in the middle of my sleep only to have the usual sore throat. But this time it was accompanied with some persistent nausea. I did not even want to reach for the usual antacids in my nightstand for fear of you know, then it finally happened and I felt nausea throughout the day. Now it seems to be finally gone. When I went to bed it was normal. Did not feel like I eat anything bad like last time, so I am going to assume it's to a gift from my Diabetes his time. Also, today is my birthday. Was gonna settle down with my favorite frozen Mac and cheese and the supermarket bakery had no more individual cakes slices or festive cupcakes - me being single. So, I got a 2 pack of hostess chocolate cupcakes. I am gonna light one with a birthday candle. As my nausea has subsided albeit a late start. It's not too late. Was even able to have a cup of coffee as I was waiting for my dinner. Feel fine. But I felt fine last night as I went to bed. Oh, well, hopefully this episode won't happen again for a while. :sigh:
