How will they tell Jughead is truly Jughead during key moments?
Ironically enough, a TV series based on the history of the Guiness Brewery just turned up on Netflix, by the creators of Peaky Blinders. It wouldn't be all that far-fetched for the Blinders to show up and get involved in that one....
Thanks for posting that. Guiness is my favorite beer. Many have tried to replace it and have all failed.
Well it doesn't matter that much considering most people call it a pint of 'black', it's not black.then spell it correctly!!!

Mind you, I'm guessing it might be a flex as far as historical accuracy goes. A few years ago, there was a show about Octoberfest, an amped up show full of rivalries and violence, called Octoberfest: Beer and Blood, and I'll assume it's going to be more in that vein.

Indeed. I do like Knight as a writer but in general he hasn’t a clue about Irish issues. They were always the weakest part of any PB storyline and I had to stop watching This Town as it was so inauthentic. Having said that, quite a few people I’ve spoken to have said that HoG is an entertaining watch if you set that aside (though Irish professional critics largely savaged it).Already up to a great start!
Yeah, that doesn't surprise me in the least. I had wondered if Peaky Blinders was all that accurate. He seems to be more interested in making crime dramas that prioritize conflict. But I'll definitely watch it if it's entertaining.
Something I've been annoyed with about Prestige TV is its overreliance on violent encounters. It's honestly getting tiring. My favourite of the Yellowstones is 1883. Both Yellowstone and 1923 can be quite brutal, and I honestly found it hard to watch 1923. But 1883 struck the right balance and I always find it quite surprising that they're by the same writers. It's not just in the violence, but the tone as well. 1883 manages to strike up a hopeful tone amid the tragedies. It's beautiful and poetic.

it'd be cheaper to pay off any future movie provisions in the F&F actor contracts and pay new faces for the roles than cast them again.

Still, I wonder how they'll manage this one. It would almost have to have an element of improv to it to take into account some lenience into the results. Maybe some element of Escape rooms as well. Sounds difficult to pull off and make it feel genuine.
