Star Trek's "Top Men Warehouse"

and of course the Genesis torpedo. Sure it had totally failed at its original function, if that ever really WAS its function (say Section 31 knew it wouldn't work but funded the Marcus family's operation.. it's not like they had some family connection or anything).

When the Borg show up, just lob genesis torpedos at them. One and done.

Bele’s conveyance, the immobilization bracelet from Spock’s Brain coupled with the Kelvin desiccation device might be a great way to evacuate a hostile crew in another ship.

One starfleeter could board a ship, knock everyone out, and load a small shuttle with the whole crew reduced to tiny little shapes…perhaps vindictively reversing the process with the whole crew splitting the shuttle-pod apart on achieving full size—something I could see the Intendant doing when bored.

And you thought the TMP transporter made a mess…

How would it get there? Kirk only encountered the Tantalus Field Device in the Mirror Universe, and he didn't bring it back with him.
How did Indy (and Marion) get the Ark of the Covenant to the Top Men Warehouse from a now uninhabited island in the Med? To touch it means death.

1st Chronicles, verse 09-10

And when they came unto the threshingfloor of Chidon, Uzza put forth his hand to hold the ark; for the oxen stumbled.

And the anger of the Lord was kindled against Uzza, and he smote him, because he put his hand to the ark: and there he died before God.

Poor Uzza, he was only trying to help.

I don't remember if Indy ever touched the Ark itself, but he and Marion could carry it with those poles that he and Sallah used before. They're not technically part of the Ark. The Hebrews had to have some way of carrying it.

The ark is not the problem.

It's the covenant inside.

Besides, you gotta assume that the killingness of the tablets is only a problem if you have broken a commandment.

Anyone before the age of confirmation, should be completely immune to the effects, no matter how many times that they have called their dad a %%%%, and be able to be staffed as caretakers.
