Cool! I like the use of the wood grain. Aside from the E-D bridge, we don't see much if any natural materials used in other ship interiors.
 
That set of ramps next to the stairs needs a set of hand rails, it's too easy for somebody to walk over and stumble on the Ramp/Stair set that is right next to each other.

I'm thinking about removing the step between captain and conn, and adding a railing there instead

Thanks! It's meant to have been launched during TNG season 3, hence the D resemblance
