I like season 5 a lot, too. I'd probably put it as the second best season of VOY.
Voting for "PATHFINDER" this round.
I really like all the episodes on this list. And "PATHFINDER" was a turning point for the arc of communication with the Alpha Quadrant.
But... except for Voyager receiving that call at the end, it really wasn't ABOUT the crew of this series. It was about a TNG recurring character. I think this set a bad precedent with Berman and Braga... the love this episode gets seems to have given them a reason to go with what they did for ENT's finale.

While it was great to see Seska again (and, interestingly, while still in Maquis mode!), at the end of the day "Worst Case Scenario" is yet another holodeck-gone-wrong episode. And tbh, I would have expected Chakotay at least, and possibly others of his old crew, to be a bit miffed at a scenario where they were being cast as the enemy.
