So, the trade association for the American toy industry did a member survey, and the results are alarming. A preposit is that 96% of US toy companies are small to mid-sized businesses. More than 80% of each of these kinds of toy companies are delaying orders due to the tariffs. 64% of small and 80% of mid-sized toy companies are outright cancelling orders. And about 45% of them say they will go out of business completely if the current tariff policy doesn't change.
Just off the top of my head, small to mid-sized toy companies include McFarlane Toys, NECA, Super7, Boss Studios, Four Horsemen, Funko, Sideshow, Nacelle, Gentle Giant, Mezco Toyz. At least some of them are going to be that 45% that expect to go out of business.

I am getting a present of a black series Leia figure. I'm not that much into these kind of things so for anyone that has her what is the quality like for these, can they stand without help, and be posed?
Generally, yes. Black Series quality is good enough and consistently enough that if you fiddle with the legs and feet the right way you should get a Leia figure to stand upright and successfully on a flat surface and for a prolonged period of time.
Yeah my luck with figures standing isn't that great. My last purchase was Playstation shapes Aloy and I had to cheat a little with a bit of cardboard and sticking her feet to that or else she kept falling over and over regardless of what I did. I also started collecting Blockees and they are really fun to build, and can be posed and do not fall over.

Thanks. I looked there and yep comments were interesting. For this one I won't be taking her out of the box so handling it won't be an issue. I did think about having her on the shelf next to the others I have but while I like the look of it I really do not wish to display it, but will keep it in the box instead.
