I really wanted to know what The Algorithm said to Lucas.
“If you fail to stick the landing like Wayward Pines, The Event and FlashForward failed to, you all die.”
Yes, I have no doubt that Juliette will survive (the firefighter suit being a clear reason). However, the other character went down right away and Juliette followed and may (or may not) cover the other character, possibly giving a chance to survive.![]()

Juliette is wearing a red firefighting suit she got from Solo in Silo 17, Bernard is wearing a standard white cleaner suit. You can probably guess which one is more suited for protection from flames.
Walk's reveal was a great moment. It was telegraphed, but for a moment they made me doubt.I really wanted to know what The Algorithm said to Lucas. And I wonder why it was willing to work with Camille but not Sims. I assume that will all come together.
So glad Walk wasn't a traitor.
The Safeguard...hmm. What would be the point of a doomsday device for people already hiding from doomsday?
As for the Safeguard - I'm not very sure there has actually been a doomsday (beyond that seemingly deserted city in the background - maybe connected to that "dirty bomb" that was referenced in the very last scene).
Which may not be poisonous unless the overlord pump in poison, like we now know they can do within the silo. Right outside the Silo may be a backup plan, with other pipes dispensing poison there in case of a mass breakout (and possibly also in case of a cleaning).Well, that and the poison atmosphere…
We binged season 2 today. Why the hell
That seems insane.would you kill all 10000 people!
That ending! I wondered if they accidentally switched to another show for a minute. However, I guessed correctly what was in the bag.
Evidence of DNA tampering ?Yes, I have no doubt that Juliette will survive (the firefighter suit being a clear reason). However, the other character went down right away and Juliette followed and may (or may not) cover the other character, possibly giving a chance to survive.
Since there are indications that there is DNA-tampering going on, I'm also not sure to which extent those people are normal humans. Juliette has survived so much, and while that may only be down to the usual tendency of movies and series to ignore real life outcomes to dangerous stunts (like diving incredibly deep for the given circumstances) it's also possible that she is enhanced in some way to improve endurance and resilience.
Perhaps consider why microscopes are banned. "There's plenty of room at the bottom" as Richard Feynman put it.Evidence of DNA tampering ?
Someone with a God complex, given the power to wield it, might do the same to cultivate posterity according to their belief in what constitutes a perfect society. Think Joseph Stalin or Pol Pot. Elevators/lifts are also banned for a reason. "Divide and conquer" as another putative dictator put it. The levers of mass control used by tyrants, oligarchs and demagogues have been perfected over a few thousand years of history.Cultural contamination.

There are 51 silos.
If microscopes were not banned it wouldn't matter because their is no one in the Silo trained in detecting and studying genetic engineering.Perhaps consider why microscopes are banned. "There's plenty of room at the bottom" as Richard Feynman put it.
I'm not referring to genetic engineering. However, I won't spoil things further. If microscopes were not banned it wouldn't matter because their is no one in the Silo trained in detecting and studying genetic engineering.
That sounds to me like you are not voicing your theories at all but rather passing book spoilers off as you being observant which is a dick thing to do.I'm not referring to genetic engineering. However, I won't spoil things further.
Howey has indicated that it's not the reason. Its inclusion in season one is possibly deliberate misdirection. I assume some of us are expected to develop an incorrect suspicion. This is what I was perpetuating - so it's not a spoiler. That sounds to me like you are not voicing your theories at all but rather passing book spoilers off as you being observant which is a dick thing to do.
