Spoilers "Superman & Lois": The Fourth and Final Season

It's possible that the show will end with Clark simply acting like he's lost his powers, while showing us he may still have them but he's content with his sons having proved themselves worthy. The key is him and Lois making sure folks don't find out he's not powerless.

Can’t remember where I saw it but someone did suggest Tal-Rho as an alternative solution

If the 1st consideration had been used, then its likely--according to the way transplants are treated in this series--Clark would not have an old man's heart, and the resultant drama of suggesting it will eventually fail (especially after the beating he's currently taking).

Totally out there and going off the comment about "Something that's never happened before in Superman media"

Clark's going to regenerate his face into Bitsie's real life husband from Grimm lol

Yea. If you were to think they considered Tal-Rho then you would also likely assume they didn't plan a long-term Clark losing his powers because of a human heart storyline.

Although it is possible they would have had some type of Kryptonian version of immunosuppressants to deal with an organ that was not an exact biological match and that might have played into a weaker powers plot.

I thought we already got that and it was Superman publicly revealing his identity. Which is an event which has happened in the comics (or at least some continuity/version of the comics)... but had never been done in 'media' with the media meaning live-action I assume.

A decent finale, but it's odd that Jon seemed to disappear in the wedding/reception sequence when everyone else was getting their wrapups. And I felt the final couple of minutes were pretty hokey.

I also wanted to see more of Superman and the Super-Sons working together. We only got one brief bit where they coordinated their efforts, and they weren't even physically together for more than an instant. All we got was that one brief team shot in the closing montage.

Still sinking in that these were the final minutes of the (extended) Arrowverse. An amazing journey of a dozen years, and now it's all done.

It felt like I was watching the “Lost” finale all over again. I thought some of Luthors dialogue went straight into mustache twirling territory

So that’s it. The end of the CW and Arrowverse

Dunno about that dress...
The dress was a callback to an episode last year, which as it happens was even called "The Dress." It had very personal meaning to Clark and Lois.
And I felt the final couple of minutes were pretty hokey.

I finally got round to it and bought the iTunes season pass and watched the first episode. It was pretty good but I'm not feeling this Lex. Just feels like a biker dude. There's no charm to him at all. The fight was pretty well done for a CW TV show. I don't know how Superman is going to grow a new heart. I suppose its a trip into the multiverse and pick up a new one.
As a side note, I've been watch a lot of Dragon Ball recently and I really feel Superman needs a new form. It's been nearly 30 years since Superman Red/Blue. The guy needs a power up. Maybe then he wouldn't lose to this mutated Bizarro Superman.

Did they show a website but didn't buy it? That's not good practice. Shows you how much WB don't care about the show

Generally I thought it was heartfelt, if more than a little sentimental. Certainly more memorable than running a schematic summary of the future super-adventures of the kids.

The show was about this couple, their family and friends and the town where they made their home. And so was the show's end.
