Same as in the UK. I think we are judged because of brexit but 48% of the vote then was to remain.
There is still a lot Ill feeling in the UK around it, as I'm sure the same applies over there.
Brexit was a poorly conceived and executed plan to awkwardly exit an economic club that Britain was out of synch and not fully onboard with to begin with - the US electorate just voted in an actively bad/repulsive man who's the figurehead of a very reactionary, cult like political movement that wants to completely subvert and replace a nuclear armed superstate.
