You're using questions to push arguments. It's a recognized rhetorical technique sometimes referred to as JAQing off (JAQ being, obviously, Just Asking Questions). You're not gathering information, you're arguing your side. Nothing wrong with that when you don't pretend you're doing otherwise.

#1 Healthcare is not a right, it is a paid-for service. However, one does have the right to be seen in an ER, legally, they cannot be refused.

#2 You're not asking me about healthcare. You're asking me about abortion. Don't be a cowardly chickenshit and just say the word.

#3 If X state has declared abortion to be illegal, the mother will need to drive to another state to murder her baby where said murder is legal.

#4 If the baby needs to be delivered or removed early vaginally or surgically, this is not an abortion, and she can simply go to her local hospital.
