Frasier revival

I'm really enjoying this and enjoyed this episode a lot.
The only character I struggle with is Alan. Which is odd as Nicholas Lyndhurst is a favourite of mine having been in 2 of my all time favourite comedies.

The romance farce felt like it was cut from the same cloth as the original series with the usual hijinks...and ultimate conclusion.
That said, I was sad for David. He and Alice initially hit it off but then he quickly scared her off by being his usual self. I was really hoping there would be a spark between them but instead it was played against his social awkwardness.

Yeah, I was surprised that didn't come up either. Chalk that up to "Frasier too embarrassed to bring it up" and "Roz burned it from her memory."
I could imagine Roz doing something drastic like that! 
I loved the old Cheers and Frasier, and have rewatched both a few times. @The Left Hand of Evil I do remember Frasier and Roz sleeping together, and I wish I could forget.

This is a sweet story, though obviously sad that she had the diagnosis in the first place

Damn, I didn't even know about that diagnosis or about her double mastectomy. 
I'm glad that didn't effect her role and involvement with the show (hopefully true for all other productions she's been working on).

I loved the revisit of Seattle, KACL, and the hollowed-out soul of Café Nervosa (I would say the same about KACL but it was always hollowed out...). Loved catching up with Bulldog and Gil, discovering that one was out and proud while the other is still closeted. Loved hearing Carol Burnett's cameo call-in. I especially loved the surprising tribute to Martin Crane and John Mahoney at the end. The show has already done a great job paying tribute to both of them, but this episode was also a sweet touch. A very nice episode of closing the chapter in Seattle, much like Frasier did when Frasier revisited Boston and stopped by Cheers.
Frasier never stopped by Cheers in Frasier. He did go to cliffs party which had a square shaped bar similar with Carla, Norm Paul and Cliff there.
I'd liked to have seen a bit more of Bulldog. I didn't really care for the scenes with Alan and David, didn't seem like they added anything to me.
Nice touch with McGintys, although it wasn't actually Marty's favourite bar, it became so by default when Dukes was knocked down.

Id also loved to have seen kenny he became a favourite of mine
Seeing Bulldog having another meltdown was worth the P+ annual pass alone. 
Seeing Frasier, Roz., Bulldog and Gil back at KACL was pure joy.
The final part too where Frasier and Freddie are having a drink at Duke's to honour Martin was nicely done, even though Bulldog pointed out that it's now a gay bar.

Overall it was pretty good. Are they setting up Roz to join the show in season 3?
I stand corrected. It's been years since I've watched that episode.
Well, if I recall correctly, he did stop by Cheers before Cliff's party, but it was only referenced in dialogue and not shown to the audience.
I don't recall that, he asked Cliff if it was at cheers and cliff said Sam had it booked out for an event
I've been really busy lately and didn't realize the show was back.
Watched 4 episodes so far, and the magic and shenanigans are still there. For me, Alan is just as great a part of the show as Frasier and all the cast has had a very good chemistry from day one.
Is S2 only 10 episodes again, or will there be more?
