The Acolyte?

The Acolyte?
It was the Sigil. It hides you from witches.
Real shame Dr. Strange never learned about them when trying to hide America Chavez from Wanda... even if Wong's line in Multiverse of Madness implies sorcery is distinct from witchcraft so Strange can't create a sigil himself, he could probably have hired or convinced a witch to do so...
To be fair, he does look and sound very different in this episode. Even after they revealed he was Ralph, I was uncertain if that was Evan Peters playing him until I saw his name in the credits.I really should've rewatched WandaVision before this. I didn't recognize Fake Pietro, then I thought briefly that it was him, then I convinced myself it wasn't.
No self respecting witch would take work from a sorcerer.Real shame Dr. Strange never learned about them when trying to hide America Chavez from Wanda... even if Wong's line in Multiverse of Madness implies sorcery is distinct from witchcraft so Strange can't create a sigil himself, he could probably have hired or convinced a witch to do so...

Agatha said that the sigil also affects the witch who cast it.
