Also, the sports betting aspect has impacted my enjoyment of sports some. I still watch, and I understand it's big money, but I long for a day in this streaming environment where we can have a sports-bet free option. I don't need to know the betting odds of a game or quarter or even play.

I saw the highlights of that game. They looked rough. And, in an expanded SEC, they are likely a long term bottom feeder.

It may make more money, but some programs are going to lose a lot of prestige in the process.

Florida has institutional problems imo. Same problem we had - AD, Pres, boosters,and coaches all a hot mess and doing their own thing. Trying to fix that at this moment in time is a tough task. Not only because of expansion but also because FSU, Miami, Georgia and other schools have been able to cherry pick Florida recruits. I’d personally love to see them spend 20 in the wilderness.

TE. I assume four years of injuries plus the Covid year. He’s got a master’s degree now. If you think about it, he’s cost one player a scholarship because it’s like he got two.

I’ve been reading their lamentations since last night. Normally I don’t mind LSU (we have common enemies in BAMA and Florida) but in a year where 4 SEC teams might be taken and we’re the dark horse/ first one out according to a lot of experts every SEC team is our enemy. And I will state again that auto bids in football are absolute bullshit. No way Liberty and Memphis should be in the playoffs.

Disagree. It's like basketball - everybody deserves a shot if they win all their games whether they're ETSU or Ohio State. If a grand old titan goes down because they got complacent or the little fish was just hungrier, well... they'll be back next year.
