Keep in mind this show is a comedy and part of the joke they're making here is that Star Trek is always reusing ship designs. I mean this clip even includes the omnipresent triangle ship that was a staple of all the 90s shows.

That's a bit different. That triangle ship is the same one Fajo had when he invited Metalnose aboard to view Data in "The Most Toys." The implication here is that Metalnose acquired Fajo's ship and all his possessions later.
