Starship Dynamics blueprints – anyone ordered from them?

Hi all, has anyone got any experience with ordering the starship blueprints from Starship Dynamics? I ordered a set several weeks ago and despite sending several emails to the provided email address on their website and reaching out on Facebook I've had no updates whatsoever. Starting to get somewhat worried

Life gets in the way. Thomas Sasser stayed very sick.

I had hoped that, after Bezos bought the refit, that he might be a patron of sorts.

Had I his wealth, I would give big bucks to blueprinters, model makers…enough for them to quit their jobs so to be creative…to rescue them…from dead end jobs—

Instead of that, Bezos buys super yachts and other baubles for Bubbles.

So many creative people die forgotten

...OK?

If life gets in the way then set up an automated response. If you're not able to fulfil orders take the store website down. I mean, the website's still up and you can still click on the "purchase" buttons, so someone's still paying for the hosting, right?

Three months without ANY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AT ALL and my order just sitting in "confirmed" status is absurd, especially after multiple emails and attempts to engage over social media.

If I've heard nothing from him by the end of the week I'll be raising a dispute with my bank. The guy's a fraud.

STAR TECH in Dunlap TN did me the same way.

To be specific, an employee cashed my money order, and I got an email that an employee had stolen from lots of people.

Never got my merch or a refund—the firm was cratered.

I was more angry with the Post Office.
I got no refund from them-and the bank where it was cashed was no help.

Instead, the Post Office sent me a bill—from another outfit.

I ordered something—that firm said the mo was lost in the mail, so I had it replaced.

Somehow, years after the fact, the first mo was found and cashed—and I got stuck.

From now on, I buy only what I physically see.
