Alec Peters has been smacked down again, has to pay around $300,000 in legal fees to Paramount for constant settlement breaches. Furthermore, his girlfriend testified that she was unaware she'd been made CEO of Ares Studios and had zero knowledge of the financial doings of Axanar.
That one sounds... not insignificant. 
So, Krissstal is turning state's evidence against AP and Axanar? Hoooboy... Sounds like the biggest rats are finally jumping ship now. Maybe she saw Jonestown II on the horizon with this new cult leader dude added to the mix and decided things were getting a little too weird.
Does he even have $300K anymore? My Spidey-senses tell me there's an emergency donation request coming... to KEEP THE DREAM ALIVE!!!

There's photos of their leader in Tony Todd's old Axanar uniform on the bridge set on the cult Facebook page, which also spoiled the involvement of Faran Tahir, who I sincerely hope has no clue what he's walked into.

As with all things Alec/Axanar look at what they do not what they say. They had time for a visit to Disneyland after the court hearing and appeared to not have a care in the world. Would you drop money at Disneyland if you were “bankrupt” and facing a 300k judgment and unaware you had need made CEO?

Here is a link to the lawsuit. So basically in May of 2022, CBS/P went to arbitration and won. This lawsuit is to get the court to acknowledge that they won the case of $292,000 plus 10% yearly interest.

They were smart to his girlfriend being made CEO of Ares, so hopefully they're on the ball about his shady asset moving. We'll see, I guess. He was talking about Axanar sequels recently and building another new studio
