I know it's in vogue to blame social media, and certainly I see that as a part of it. But the other side, that I get to witness, is how students interact with each other. They are mean, tell people to go kill themselves, and engage in very negative behavior that parents are either not aware of, or indifferent to.

Social media is tough but it's more than that.

Ding, ding, ding....... It begins and ends at home and the home enviroment

I'm feeling nervous, I am in the process of cooking rice and added a dash of chicken salt to the rice for flavour. Not sure how this is going to turn out but usually it's nice just I've never played with that ingredient before.

It looks really good. Shot in IMAX all the way too. But that will limit its exposure I think unless there are regular prints also.

Yeah, it's being shown in regular theaters too. I haven't heard of any regular movies that are shot with IMAX cameras not also being released in non-IMAX theaters.

I know. Melbourne is the only imax in the southern hemisphere that can screen that imax version. I looked at tickets and would have to wait until sometime next week to see it, Plus I have a voucher that I got a year ago, so the cost was zero.

It went well. I usually cook in a rice cooker with butter as well to make it soft and richer, the butter also helps with it not turning clumpy as it cools. It tasted great with the addition of the chicken salt.

They did a story from Melbourne on ABC breakfast showing this print and the projector. I didn't know things were so widely spaced, the reel with the film was located outside of the projector and fed in over a wide gap, also very noisy.

Yeah, but your phone can also be lost or stolen…

That’s why it’d be so cool to be able to clear customs by voice alone, like in 2001. That’s something you always have with you and can’t be stolen or misplaced.

That’s why it’d be so cool to be able to clear customs by voice alone, like in 2001. That’s something you always have with you and can’t be stolen or misplaced.

It can't be stolen, but it can be faked. But you're right and it would probably be safer than the paper version or a phone app.

Voice print can be faked but not your face when you are actually standing there in the line, I'm not a fan of databases or facial ID but I could see that work well if implemented properly along with a voice ID.
