Surely something good happened to you today

I spent the weekend at Yellowstone National Park. Great place even though I’m starting to wonder if Old Faithful is a little overrated. They were talking about larger Geysers even though Faithful is the most predictable. Still great to experience though. Saw some great Elk and bison too. I would love to come back here.

Yellowstone is gorgeous though I hate the drive in. Glacier National Park is second on my list of natural beauty in the nearby area.

we came in from the west side and it wasn’t bad. Went south to OF on Saturday and then took in stops to the north towards Mammoth hot springs (found out they filmed some Vulcan scenes for TMP) yesterday. This is an end of a 2 and a half week trip that included New York so I’m looking forward to getting home.

That I can well imagine.

Ah, Mammoth, I miss that though.

^ thanks!

Not only was my PSA level normal, but I actually got in to the appointment early. That almost never happens in a doctor's office.

Fun fact: I have the same birthday as Paul Winfield (Captain Terrell from ST II) and Sir Laurence Olivier. Not surprisingly I have inherited none of their acting skills. :D

Had an appointment with my urologist today. Got a clean bill of health. My PSA levels are normal.

Heck of a birthday present, innit?

Happy Birthday, belated as it is!

I just happened to find this thread, and it's a great idea! We should remember to remember the good times and days.

I have a good thing to share... BACON!!!! I had a bacon sandwich today. Ah, the wonderful taste of bacon. B.M.E.B. has been one of my main personal mantras for most of my life.

(What does B.M.E.B. stand for, you might be asking? Bacon Makes Everything Better!)

Got 4 new tires for my Rav 4 today. My daughters both helped me research which kind to get and they helped me pay for them. I have great kids.

Original or remake version?

My sister loves those but never bought one and they were not that expensive when they first came out.
