Exactly!But is your book canon?
There are if a franchise says there are. Star Wars doesn't use the Star Trek system, even when people want it to.Repeat after me: There are no levels of canon.
And they said everything is in, but some of the things that are in contradict other things that are in. So...The word by sheer definition means something is either in or out.
In other words, those stories have "magical powers" over them? Curious.they don't have magical powers over stories in other mediums.
Just like real life. And they said everything is in, but some of the things that are in contradict other things that are in. So...

There's no evidence of that.it's pretty obvious that Rebels only got a truncated season 4 as a concession,
I do seem to recall Dave Filoni saying that he was ending Rebels at season 4 because he wanted to end the show on his own terms, rather than repeat what happened with Clone Wars. There's no evidence of that.
Yes exactly.I do seem to recall Dave Filoni saying that he was ending Rebels at season 4 because he wanted to end the show on his own terms, rather than repeat what happened with Clone Wars.
Yeah, I remember him saying that but I always thought that sounded off for the reasons Reverend stated. Obviously I could be wrong. However, having gone through truncated seasons and mini-series with other shows, I know the hallmarks and Rebels hits some of them.I do seem to recall Dave Filoni saying that he was ending Rebels at season 4 because he wanted to end the show on his own terms, rather than repeat what happened with Clone Wars.
It also helped that Clone Wars was partly being paid for right out of Lucas's pocket. He wasn't massively concerned that the show be profitable. But yes, putting the driving force behind a merchandising campaign behind a paywall is bound to hamper things. Rather like charging people to watch an ad. Not sure if that was greed, short-sightedness, or both.I've not looked at the numbers, but I have to wonder how much Rebels' success relative to The Clone Wars was hurt by Rebels being aired on Disney XD, then and now a premium cable channel, whereas both Disney Channel and Cartoon Network were (and are) basic cable channels, the latter being where The Clone Wars had aired.
Didn't it start on the regular Disney channel and then move to XD at some point?I've not looked at the numbers, but I have to wonder how much Rebels' success relative to The Clone Wars was hurt by Rebels being aired on Disney XD, then and now a premium cable channel, whereas both Disney Channel and Cartoon Network were (and are) basic cable channels, the latter being where The Clone Wars had aired.
The one-hour Spark of Rebellion aired on Disney Channel. Thereafter, all of Rebels was on Disney XD. Your basic, the first one's free. Or "free" (or basic).Didn't it start on the regular Disney channel and then move to XD at some point?
It also aired on Network ABC. That's where I saw it.The one-hour Spark of Rebellion aired on Disney Channel. Thereafter, all of Rebels was on Disney XD. Your basic, the first one's free. Or "free" (or basic).
