My greatest fear is that the D get's destroyed again. In the trailer for the series finale the front of the saucer seems to look like it is heavily damaged. Or is it a simple shadow? Hard to tell but I so felt in love again with her.

IIRC, we know have the following prime timeline bridge hookups on TNG:

1) Data & Tasha
2) Riker (William & Thomas) & Troi
3) Riker & Bev
4) Riker & Ro
5) Worf & Troi
6) Picard & Bev

O'Brien & Keiko as well among recurring cast. Geordi and Barclay get none.

Did I miss anyone?

As for the finale, they said Jack was a transmitter. I assume they will use him somehow to transmit a signal that stops/reverses the assimilations somehow. Might need to reuse the transporters to do it.

Likely a technobabble assist from Geordi, Data, and/or Seven. Or Agnes.
