Was that a Meiloorun that Grogu squished?
Wait, they got Todd to play Pellaeon? Talk about range!Plus it's Xander Berkley. He's always good no matter what material they give him. Last thing I saw him in was Walking Dead. I am thrilled he's who they got for Pellaeon
Yup. Though they've had those props knocking around since at least BoBF.Was that a Meiloorun that Grogu squished?
I like to see her just to see how many start destroyer's she can crash or pointlessly lose, she was useless but fun characterI’m surprised Daala wasn’t in the shadow council.

Yes. That was the whole point.I thought the praetorian guards having Mandalorian helmet designs was a bit fan wanky,
We already know they did. It was Clan Saxon.I'm thinking Gideon was a mandalorian. Maybe part of the clans that collaborated with empire in Rebels before the purge.
Eh. The First Order was "born" at the Battle of Jakku, which is already 4 or 5 years back at this point. They didn't emerge as a known entity into the rest of the galaxy until 20-odd years later, and by that point, a huge chunk of the Republic up and joined them. So, depending on how long The Mandalorian runs, could we potentially see the birth of the First Order? I mean, that's the way we know it's all heading. IIRC, the First Order was established 35 or so ABY and aren't we about 10 years ABY at this point?
Great episode this week.
Indeed and it makes me very excited to see where it goes.If anything, the First Order will be Hux's faction that presumably survives this adventure and splits off from the rest, presumably retreating back into the Unknown Regions with the Eclipse. Whether we'll get any direct link with Snoke asserting control remains to be seen. There's already plenty of potential seeds been planted for it, but we'll see.
No way. They had a far better casting choice: Brian Gleeson, Domhnall's brother! That was a good episode but I’m disappointed that this new Hux isn’t played by a Weasley. I
Oh, of course. I knew that visual looked familiar. Brilliant!I'll admit, I didn't see Krang Grogu coming.
I was genuinely shocked that was him. I've always loved his work but he completely disappeared into that role. Even when I rewound to watch that scene again, I still didn't quite recognize him.Plus it's Xander Berkley. He's always good no matter what material they give him. Last thing I saw him in was Walking Dead. I am thrilled he's who they got for Pellaeon
That's how Anakin addresses Padme, as a Senator. Strikes me as formally appropriate.Thought there was even a hint of romance (ugh) when he addressed her as Lady ... (but maybe that's a general SW/royalty thing I'm not aware of)
I mean they are shown to be very nomadic.Greef Karga: "Hey Mandos, we (Nevarro) need protection from Pirates and Co. Here is land to settle and make a new home, invite your fellow Mandos..."
Mandos show up: "thanks..." we'll go/resettle Mandalore within 1-2 episodes later...
