Starfleet in which time period do you like the best?

These are the scores so far:

1) Pre-Federation Starfleet - 22nd Century (ENT) - 3 votes
2) Pre-TOS Starfleet - mid 23rd Century (DIS Season 1&2, SNW) - 2 votes
3) TOS Starfleet - late 23rd Century (TOS, TOS films) - 17 votes
4) Mid to late 24th Century Starfleet (TNG, DS9, VOY, TNG films) - 9 votes
5) Late 24th to early 25th Century Starfleet (PIC) - 3 votes
6) 32nd Century Starfleet (DIS Season 3+) - 0 votes

Starfleet has operated for a millennia by the 32nd century. However, Starfleet in which time period do you like the best as a space faring exploration and defense organization? Which time period you like the least? Why?

(Yes, Section 31 has always been a part of Starfleet, feel free to talk about that as well)

2) Pre-TOS Starfleet - mid 23rd Century (DIS Season 1&2, SNW)
3) TOS Starfleet - late 23rd Century (TOS, TOS films)
4) Mid to late 24th Century Starfleet (TNG, DS9, VOY, TNG films)
5) Late 24th to early 25th Century Starfleet (PIC)
6) 32nd Century Starfleet (DIS Season 3+)
I prefer the Late 23rd century, around the time of the USS Excelsior, Star Trek VI, and so on. Lots of places yet to explore, beautiful ships, it's just my favorite era.

I'm going with The Motion Picture but TOS is a close second. OTOH I may one day remodel a house to look like Pike's SNW quarters.

I'd honestly rather start a new set of TV series set in the 26th century based on my head canon and all the storyline and technological advancements I want to see.

The 24th century. It was the time period I grew up with and I would love Picard, Ben, or Janeway to be my captain.

I'll go with mid to late 24th century. Granted, I haven't seen any Trek made in the 21st century except ENT and the Bad Robot movies, so I might be biased on that account. The Bad Robot Enterprise bridge looks too much like an Apple store to appeal to me.

I first saw Trek in TOS reruns in the mid-80s, but I only became a fan of the franchise with TNG and DS9. After the excitement of DS9, VGR felt like a poor second cousin to TNG, but now that we're rewatching the show, I actually prefer the visual aesthetic of Voyager to the bland beige of the Enterprise D. It's nowhere near as dark inside as I thought I remembered from watching the show earlier and it's certainly a lot brighter than, say, the Defiant.

The colorful interiors of the TOS Enterprise reflect the late 60s when the show was made, but it looks ugly to me. I prefer a neutral environment with a few colorful, easily changeable highlights here and there.

I have never understood this complaint. I’ve been to more than one Apple Store, multiple times, and I’ve watched the Kelvin movies a dozen times, and I don’t get it. Some reviewer 14 years ago thought he was being funny and people ran with it?

Yeah I think it's just because people think "Apple=White" because only apple ever made white electronics...never mind that white computers used to be the norm in the 90s and into the early 2000s, including with Microsoft.
I'm pretty sure other companies just did away with the white due to the white plastic being prone to getting dirty/yellowed.

The bridge is too bright. Picard's bridges are too dark. It's the Three Bears paradox... in space.
