The networked fleet with the help of the Changelings manage shut down the network and destroy every prior hero ship from the museum. The New Jersey, NX-01, Enterprise-A, D, Voyager, and the Defiant are destroyed.
That’s a really old pictureSomeone posted a picture of Scott Bakula in Stewart's kitchen with Spiner, and Dorn. I wonder if we will get Archer's speech that he was about to give before the curtains on Enterprise dropped for the last time. Still mad about that.
Perhaps the whole thing is just an Irumodic Syndrome induced delusion by Picard and the people after him aren't changelings but doctors and orderlies trying to return him to the ward he wandered away from. That would be quite a twist.
Later it is revealed the real Geordi was on Risa with Leah Brahms. He is the only cast member of TNG to survive.
“And then I said ‘she’s no changeling, that’s my wife!’ Hahahaha….”I'm wondering if that's why she slapped Riker in the trailer:
Troi: "You slept with a CHANGELING?"
Riker: "Let me explain ..."
You should show this to Matalas on Twitter.I asked ChatGpt 4.0 to speculate about the changelings motives. Here you go:
In this scenario, the changelings have stolen both Picard's original body and are seeking his son, who suffers from Irumodic Syndrome. Their motivations could be as follows:
In this scenario, the simultaneous pursuit of Picard's original body and his son indicates the changelings' ambition to understand and exploit the unique genetic and technological characteristics of both individuals for their own nefarious purposes.
- Combined Genetic Potential: The changelings might be interested in studying the genetic makeup of both Picard and his son to gain a deeper understanding of human physiology and neurology. By examining the Irumodic Syndrome in Picard's son, they could potentially unlock new biological capabilities or develop new strategies for manipulating human genetics. At the same time, they could extract valuable information from Picard's original body, which may still contain traces of his unique genetic traits and experiences, despite his consciousness being transferred to an android golem.
- Emotional Leverage: The changelings could be using Picard's son as a means to manipulate the android golem Picard emotionally. By holding both his original body and his son, they could coerce Picard into making decisions that would ultimately benefit their own goals. This emotional leverage could also be used to exploit the crew of the USS Titan, creating discord among them and making them more vulnerable to the changelings' influence.
- Advanced Biotechnological Experimentation: The changelings may be planning to use Picard's original body and his son as subjects for advanced biotechnological experimentation. By combining the genetic material of both individuals, the changelings could create a powerful hybrid with the combined strengths of Picard and his son. They may also be interested in using the Irumodic Syndrome as a weapon, by enhancing its effects and using it to target specific individuals or populations. Additionally, they could study the android golem's technology to improve their own biotechnological capabilities further.
Those are some new ones!Something is going to be made of Jack's brain being "compatible" with Picard's and to save Jack Jean-Luc and Jack are somehow going to end up in a new synth body, merged like Data, Lore, B4 and Alton. Essentially we will get Picard, but played by Ed Speelers.
Also, Shaw is going to have a brief meltdown when Locutus gets revealed, but he is the one who gets to kill Locutus.
I mean, I came here with my own speculation, not really having read the thread before that. Those are some new ones!![]()
That'd be awful to do to a character off screen. Especially since Odo had his story done and dusted. I don't mind killing characters, Ro was done well but killing Hugh always felt mean spirited and pointless to me.It seems too obvious and cliched but I wouldn't be surprised if these changelings are the result of a Section 31 genetic experiment that went wrong. And Odo turns out to be the big bad after being revealed to have spent too long in the Great Link and going insane.
Worst. Episode. Ever. The Proteus project that has been floated around on some screens has a reference to Homer. Picard's corpse gets jaundice and they use him to travel another mirror universe where he replaces that universes Homer Simpson. Homer is stolen placed as a Picard duplicate and destroys the federation by causing warp core meltdowns by trying to help out.
This is all a plan of Mr Burns who is revealed to be in control Vadic seeing every universe should suffer the incompetence of Homer Simpson.
