It'd still be a better season-long story arc than Season 2.
I was wondering where they are - very interesting, since they seem to be calm and have time... on an enemy shipSaw this pointed out somewhere else, and sorry if it's been posted here too, but in newest trailer, the ship Riker and Troi are on when they're arguing seems to be Vadic's ship. It's got the same background as some of the scenes from other trailers where Vadic is on her ship. So at some point this season, they're both on her ship and alone together it seems.
Having both a long lost twin reappear and (apparently) a secret love child of Picard/Crusher,this is all beginning to get very soap opera-ish...and that is not a compliment.

Here's hoping Picard and Shaw have a catfight in a lily pond
While I've enjoyed the first 2 episodes of Season 3, neither holds a candle to the suspense and dread of the first episode of Season 2, and its final scene reveal. The Star Gazer is one of the best episodes of Star Trek period.
M'Talas scripted that one, before Akiva took over the rest of the season :/
Well, ain't that just prime.

Wow, really! Somewhere on the internet? Then it MUST be true, because nothing on the Internet is false...Somewhere on the internet...
Thomas Jefferson taught me that.Wow, really! Somewhere on the internet? Then it MUST be true, because nothing on the Internet is false...
And yes that was sarcasm just in case.
