It's up to the uploader to enable those end or not. So they're to blame, not youtube. Source: I've uploaded youtube videos before
She reportedly said "I have been asked not to speak about any involvement", which actually does bode well for a surprise appearance.
Oh boyyyyy... this is not going to squelch the rumors. John Williams was performing in Italy, talked about the Indy 5 score, and says the following: "So we have just about completed the film. We have maybe another ending to shoot and to record, maybe in a couple weeks.”
Per James Mangold, we will find out what happened to Mutt. Meanwhile, Mangold is also having way too much fun telling off trolls on Twitter.
Unfortunately the character (supposedly born in 1938, from what I've read) would be a bit too old for Vietnam, so maybe he'll end up getting the literal poochie treatment. I mean, he's already been around alien stuff...
The first US deaths in Vietnam were four "advisors" in 1956, when Mutt would have been 18, with a gradual but slow increase every year after. But Crystal Skulls was set in 1957 when he was 19, so it would have to be after that. The first large-scale US fatalities in the war (1,928) came after Johnson fully committed the military in March, 1965, when Mutt would be ~27, so still within the volunteer age range, especially if he had gone back to finish university as Indy and Marion had wanted and was commissioned as an officer.
According to James Mangold, the proposed Disney+ series won't feature Indiana Jones as played by Harrison Ford (or anyone else if I extrapolated from Mangold's two tweets correctly), nor will it feature Phoebe Waller-Bridge's Helena.
Anything other than an animated (90's Superman/Batman-style) Indy series is gonna be a hard sell, and likely a hard pass. An Abner Ravenwood series (as a reactor suggested in the tweets) would be retreading the same ground as Young Indy with a diet-cola version of him.
A Indiana Jones spin off without some version of Indiana Jones I just really don't see working. The character is the drawn, everything else is just adventure serial type stuff that wouldn't justify its own show without the main character.
Well, he never technically says Pheobe's Helena won't be in the show. Lee Gutierrez @Subject0117 Dec 19 So there is an INDIANA JONES TV show on D+ with Harrison Ford as Indy or is Phoebe playing as Indy on that show? Mangold @mang0ld Dec 19 Neither.
Oh, fair point. I didn't catch that in the tweet (and I read it five times over). Still...I think it's safe to assume that's what he meant.
